Dr. Elizabeth Moore is a doctorally prepared, board-certified family nurse practitioner committed to women's sexual health and midlife wellness. She completed her doctoral research on the complexity of women aging with chronic illness while concurrently completing her nurse practitioner degree at Duke University. Elizabeth has cultivated broad practice, research, and teaching experience in academia, public health, nonprofits, and the pharmaceutical industry. As a Certified Practitioner with the Menopause Society, Elizabeth prioritizes equipping women to make informed decisions about their health. She maintains memberships with The Menopause Society and Nurse Practitioners in Women’s Health.

Kat Watson

Dr. Kat Watson is a doctorally prepared, board-certified adult-gerontology nurse practitioner dedicated to empowering women through midlife health and wellness. She earned her MSN from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill and her DNP from the University of North Carolina at Wilmington. With a strong foundation in primary care for patients with complex medical needs, Kat brings over 15 years of combined experience as a registered nurse and nurse practitioner, including roles in critical care and community health settings. She is focused on holistic, patient-centered approaches that support women's vitality at every stage. Kat maintains membership with The Menopause Society.
